Next Transparency Celebration to take place following the board meeting on August 20th

The next Transparency Celebration, hosted by board members Bruce Lownsbery and Gary Ferrigno, will be held Tuesday, Aug. 20 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in the Ballroom following the Quarterly Board meeting.

If you support more transparency from the board, you’re invited to participate! Attendance will again be by RSVP on the HCR website. Once you are logged into the website, the Transparency Celebration can be found by selecting the ”Get Involved” tab, then selecting “R.S.V.P.” from the menu. Make sure you have a seat! This event limited to 250 homeowners.

Gary Ferrigno and Bruce Lownsbery would like to begin by thanking those for attending the meeting in July. Your overwhelming financial support after hearing that they were required to pay for the use of the ballroom was humbling but also showed how important the community felt these meetings are.

This next meeting will begin with an update on the items previously discussed during the first Transparency Celebration on July 9 before addressing other concerns and issues raised by the community. Our goal is to ensure that transparency is not a slogan but the way we should operate.

As previously stated, Gary and Bruce will respond to your questions as individuals but do not speak for the board.

Gary and Bruce welcome homeowners’ input and remain committed to the goals and objectives for which we were elected: transparency and open monthly board meetings.
